Best Practices: Mastering the Mechanics of Growth and Profit

About the training:

The economic model for solution providers is undergoing seismic shifts – and the impact on companies large and small is dramatic. Ongoing research from the Institute for Partner Education and Development (IPED) indicates that margins are approaching historic lows … profits are declining … and once-solid companies are beginning to worry about basic survival. But amid all the gloomy forecasts there’s a fundamental fact that drives the best technology companies forward: you can determine your own profit and drive your own growth … IF you know how to leverage the mechanics of the solution provider business model. In this one-day business workshop, a seasoned business consultant from IPED will lead you step-by-step through the mechanics of margins, profit, and growth. But this course is much more than just another set of "opinions" from a consultant – it’s a proven set of business best practices drawn from the only industry-wide financial benchmark study of technology solution providers. Key topics to be addressed include:

  • Managing the levers of margin and profit in service-based and software-based solution provider companies
  • Maximizing revenues by driving premium rates and retaining the most lucrative customer relationships
  • Finding, recruiting, and retaining the most effective human resources to drive your growth capacity

"This seminar was very compelling and worth ten times more the investment made into attending …"

"This was great. Thank you for offering for partners! Great value we brought our whole mgt team…"

"Awesome course!!! Ryan is a very effective presenter"
